Another words, if you can't play that mp3 url on another browser like Firefox or Internet Explorer then that url doesn't support hot linking. It only supports downloading but not hot linking. So what you actually see is the mp3 is cache on your browser until you close it. The solution is to move on to another hosting site that allows hot linking.
